3 Stories is a brand new, 5,000 sq ft event space located in the heart of the City near downtown Houston. Launched in the fall of 2023, our Rooftop offers stunning views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot for weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, birthday parties, and more. 

Our interior space comprises 10,000 sq ft with two floors.  You do have the option to rent the entire building if your event requires 15,000 sq ft or if you just want the entire venue all to yourself. 

We have two studios in the interior space that allows for solely indoor events. Studio 3 is on the first floor. Studio 4 is on the second flloor (also the free Rain Plan, if available).. Both studios have been used for wedding ceremonies, baby showers, graduation parties, birthday parties and more.  Images can be viewed in the Gallery section.

Our space is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your event a success, including:

  • Gorgeous green artificial turf to give you that outdoor feel, coupled with IPE Wood decking to set the modern tone. We also added Porcelain tile to layer in the flooring and provide the perfect balance and dimensions
  • A stunning bar and food prep area to finish off the look of the space and provide that luxury touch

  • Rooftop – Size 5,000 sq ft (50’ x 100’) – up to 450 persons – 3rd floor
  • Studio 3 – Size 966 sq ft (42 x 32) – up to 80 persons – 1st floor
  • Studio 4 – Size 2,150 sq ft (43 x 50) – up to 150 persons – 2nd floor
  • Minimum age to book the space is 18
  • Hours 8:00am – 1:00am

  • Parking lot and street parking. Valet recommended for events exceeding 100 persons.

Days / Times

3 Stories allows you to choose your desired 8 hour timeframe between the hours of 8:00am and midnight. Afterwards, you may begin your breakdown.

In some cases, we can accommodate after hours for an additional fee.

Payments, Deposits & What Not

There is a nonrefundable event deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the space rental only. The remaining balance with any additional fees is due no later than 30 days of your event date.
There is also a $750 fully refundable security deposit due upon the start of your event time. The deposit will be released within 7 days after your event date.
