3 Stories is a brand new, 5,000 square foot event space located in the heart of downtown Houston. Launched in the fall of 2023, our rooftop deck offers stunning views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot for weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, birthday parties, and more.

Our space is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your event a success, including:
- Gorgeous green artificial turf to give you that outdoor feel, coupled with IPE Wood decking to set the modern tone. We also added Porcelain tile to layer in the flooring and provide the perfect balance and dimensions
- A stunning bar and food prep area to finish off the look of the space and provide that luxury touch

Booking Facts
General: You must be 18 years of age or older to book the venue. You must present a valid state license at the time of booking.
Days / Times
3 Stories allows you to choose your desired 8 hour timeframe between the hours of 8:00am and midnight. Afterwards, you may begin your breakdown.
In some cases, we can accommodate after hours for an additional fee.
Payments, Deposits & What Not
There is a nonrefundable event deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the space rental only. The remaining balance with any additional fees is due no later than 30 days of your event date.
There is also a $750 fully refundable security deposit due upon the start of your event time. The deposit will be released within 7 days after your event date.
