3 Stories is a brand new, 5,000 square foot event space located in the heart of downtown Houston. Launched in fall 2023, our rooftop deck offers stunning views of the city skyline, making it the perfect spot for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and more.

Our space is equipped with all the amenities you need to make your event a success, including:

  • Gorgeous green artificial turf to give you that outdoor feel, coupled with IPE Wood decking to set the modern tone. We also added Porcelain tile to layer in the flooring and provide the perfect balance and dimensions
  • A stunning bar and food prep area to finish off the look of the space and provide that luxury touch
  • Views on views of downtown Houston
  • Internet and Wifi access
  • Multi level flooring with higher platforms or a built in stage

General: You must be 18 years of age or older to book the venue. You must present a valid state license at the time of booking.

Days / Times

The SPACE opens at 9:00am and your event should end by 11:00pm. Afterwards, you may begin your breakdown. Rentals are booked by the hour only during the weekday and weekend rentals are booked by ½ days or full days. Weekend daytime rentals are 9am – 3:30pm. Weekend night rentals are 4:30pm – midnight. Or you may book a full day.

Payments, Deposits & What Not

There is a nonrefundable event deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit is 50% of the total cost. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days of your event date.
There is also a $500 fully refundable security deposit due upon the start of your event time. The deposit will be released within 7 days after your event date.
